By purchasing tickets, applying to be a promoter, or attending Break-Out Festival, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Event Details

Event: Break-Out Festival

Date: 2 May 2026

Location: Noosa Rugby Union Club, Sunshine Beach, QLD

Age restriction: 14 to 17 years only

This is a fully supervised, alcohol-free youth music festival.

2. Age Policy and Entry

Entry is strictly limited to attendees aged 14 to 17

Valid photo ID may be required at entry

Anyone outside the permitted age range will be refused entry

Parent or guardian consent is implied by ticket purchase and attendance

3. Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable except where required by Australian Consumer Law

Lost or stolen tickets may not be replaced

Resale of tickets for profit is prohibited

Break-Out Festival reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained fraudulently

4. Behaviour and Conduct

All attendees must:

Follow instructions from event staff and security

Behave respectfully toward others

Comply with all event rules and safety procedures

Break-Out Festival has a zero tolerance policy for:

Alcohol

Drugs

Violence

Harassment

Unsafe or disruptive behaviour

Attendees may be removed without refund if these rules are breached.

5. Prohibited Items

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

Alcohol or drugs

Weapons or sharp objects

Vapes or smoking devices

Offensive or dangerous items

Bag checks will be conducted at entry.

6. Entry, Exit and Supervision

Entry and exit are managed by trained staff

Drop-off and pick-up zones must be used as directed

Attendees must remain within event boundaries

Re-entry may not be permitted

7. Photography and Media

By attending Break-Out Festival, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional, marketing or documentation purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in media, please notify event staff on the day.

8. Weather and Event Changes

Break-Out Festival is an outdoor event.

The event may proceed in wet weather.
In the case of extreme conditions, the event may be delayed, modified or cancelled for safety reasons.

No refunds will be issued unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

Attendees attend at their own risk.

Break-Out Festival, its organisers and partners are not responsible for:

Personal injury

Loss or damage to personal property

Incidents caused by failure to follow event rules

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
